To apply to drive/ride, please submit the online form below. Tell us about yourself and what vintage European car you would like to run in the MotorGearo. We will curate the applicant vehicles based on varied criteria, but over all, on unique diversity. We want everyone to be excited about driving with other European classics they would otherwise never have an opportunity to experience on the open road. You’ll receive an email back within 48 hours of receiving your application which will include additional rally and hotel details along with a payment link if accepted. Your spot will be reserved after your payment is received and Fuelfed sends you confirmation.
After registering, you’ll receive payment information and a link to a private page with rally details and hotel info. Your spot is NOT reserved until your payment is received and Fuelfed confirms the spot is still available.
Hotel rooms are not included in the fees. Fuelfed has set up hotel room blocks. May 11 is the last date of Fuelfed’s room blocks for most of our hotels. The number and type of hotel rooms in our blocks are limited so do not delay making your hotel reservations.
The Driver Fee includes Fri. & Sat. lunches & dinners, overview maps, chase vehicles, flatbed towing (mileage restrictions apply), event materials (magnets, online registration materials, etc), rally gift, and volunteer support. Cash bar for beverages.
The Passenger Fee includes Fri. & Sat. lunches & dinners. Cash bar for beverages. Rally gift not included but can be purchased if done before May 1.
Sign Up deadline: MAY 11 if space is still available. (If signing up after May 1, the rally premium gift may not be included.)
Hotel room block deadline: The room block deadlines and cancellation policies vary depending on the hotel. Inquire with the hotels about their cancellation policies. (Hotels are not included in the event fee.)
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
The refund/cancellation policy for Drivers will be: 100% refunded if Fuelfed receives your cancellation before April 17. If cancelation is received April 18-May 11, the refund is 50% unless another driver is approved to replace your spot. No refunds after May 11 if no acceptable driver replaces you. Please get confirmation that your cancellation was received.
Passenger cancellation is 100% refunded if notified by May 11, and 50% refunded if the cancellation is between May 12-25. No refunds give after May 25. Please get confirmation that your cancellation was received.
Participants are responsible for booking their own rooms. For your convenience, Fuelfed has arranged special pricing for blocks of rooms. See Hotel room block deadlines above. Hotel information will be sent to you after registering.
We recommend arriving the evening of Thursday, June 11, to relax & mix before the event and staying overnight after the final dinner & awards Saturday, June 13, to celebrate.

You are NOT confirmed as a driver with a reserved spot until your payment is received and Fuelfed confirms your spot.

REFUND POLICY:
The event will be held rain or shine. Paid driver entrants who cancel before April 11 will be refunded 100% in 2026. If the cancellation is between April 12-May 11, unless another acceptable registered driver fills your spot, the refund is 50%. After May 14 with no acceptable registered driver, no refund will be given. Please get confirmation that your cancellation was received.
Passenger cancellation is 100% refunded if notified by May 6, and 50% refunded if the cancellation is between May 11-25. No refunds give after May 25. Please get confirmation that your cancellation was received.
